Ambiente: Ubicado en el sistema montañoso colombiano en el lado occidental de la cordillera central con períodos lluviosos en los meses de abril-junio y octubre-diciembre.

Caracteristícas: región tropical.

Pelado, fermentación húmeda, lavado, secado al sol en plato parabólico.

Notas: Fragante con notas de caramelo y chocolate, baja acidez.

Environmental: Located on the Colombian mountain system on the western side of the central mountain range with rainy periods in the months of April-June and October-December.

Characteristics: tropical region.

Peeled, wet fermentation, washed, sun dried on parabolic dish.

Cup notes: Fragrant with notes of chocolate, acidity of mandarin, notes of caramel and residual of panela.

Species: Coffea Arabiga.

Shady trees: Semi-shade Guamo, Yarumo, Chachafruto, Oak, Walnut.

Varieties: Castillo Naranjal, caturro and Colombia.

Type of cultivation: Semi – intensive

Altitude SNM: 1650 to 1820 MSNM

Environmental: Located on the Colombian mountain system on the western side of the central mountain range with rainy periods in the months of April-June and October-December.

Characteristics: Humid tropical forest. Andean region.

Peeled Moist fermentation washed, sun dried on elba.

Cup notes: Fragrant with fruit and lime notes, medium citric acidity, medium body, creamy notes and dried fruit.

Type of cultivation: 20% Typical Traditional and 80% Technified Castillo, Caturro Y Tipica.

SNM Altitude: 1450-1650 MSNM

Environmental: Located on the Colombian mountain system on the western side of the central mountain range with rainy periods in the months of April-June and October-December.

Characteristics: Humid tropical forest. Andean region.

Mechanical pulping, controlled fermentation, sun drying.

Cup notes: Fragrant with notes of caramel, sweet cane and dried fruit, medium citric acidity, medium body, creamy caramel notes, chocolate peach and red berries.
